About me:
Hi! My name is Ana. I am a university student who enjoys learning new things, and also sharing that knowledge with others. I have always been passionate about education and aim to inspire other students to approach their academics in the same way.
Educational Background:
I graduated high school with a 75% average across all subjects. I achieved distinctions in 4 subjects, ranging from science to languages, so I am comfortable teaching various different subjects.
Professional Experience:
I volunteered to teach mathematics to high school students for two years as part of a community service initiative. This experience honed my communication and organisational skills. I had the opportunity to practise engaging with students, preparing lessons, facilitating learning, and inspiring productivity.
Teaching Philosophy:
As a student myself, I understand that academics can be challenging at times but I also believe that it is possible to overcome these challenges with dedication and hard work. In addition to these things, having the right support makes a big difference to a student’s attitude towards learning. I hope to share my passion for education with students and encourage them believe in their potential and develop a love for learning.
